New York: hold in November the "2022 Long Island Ambassador Awards" of the Italian American Museum

NEW YORK - The "2022 Long Island Ambassador Awards" promoted by the Italian American Museum will be held on November 13, which on this occasion celebrates the Italian American leaders who have distinguished themselves during the year and their associations.

The gala will be hosted by the Cresthollow Country Club in Woodbury from 12.00 to 16.00. Joseph V. Scelsa, founder and president of the Italian American Museum, will do the honors, and will then pass the floor to this year's Master of Ceremonies, Robert G. Fonti.i.

Many were awarded: Joseph Agresti (Unico National), Santi Buscemi (Italian American Legal Defense & Higher Education Fund, Inc.), Michele Cangiano Ment (Order Sons & Daughters of Italy in America, Grand Lodge of New York), Vito DePalo (Figli di San Gennaro, Inc.), Joseph Esposito (Columbia Association of the FDNY), Aurelio Victor Grillo, Jr. (National Council of Columbia Associations in Civil Service, Inc.), Vincent Marmorale (Order Sons & Daughters of Italy in America, Commission for Social Justice), Kathryn Petritis (UNICO National, North Shore Long Island Chapter), Rosa Riccio Pietanza (Association of Italian American Educators), Rossana Russo (Little Italy Merchants Association), William Russo (Italian Heritage and Culture Committee of NY, Inc.), Joseph G. Vitta (Italian American Labor Council) e la Joseph Petrosino Association in America.

The Gala will be accompanied by the music of Vanessa Racci.
