EDINBURGH - On the occasion of the 8th of March, International Women's Day, Comites Scotland and Northern Ireland organized an online reading to celebrate the poetry of female authors from around the world.
Appointment Wednesday on the Comites facebook page starting at 20.00.
The first part of the evening will focus on reading the poems chosen by the many guests, ending with an open dialogue from reflections on the themes of the poems.
Among the guests there will be Margaret Rose, writer and founder of the English Theater Milan, and Donatella Massimilla, artistic director of the Alda Merini center in Milan as well as director and playwright of CETEC (European Theater Center and Prison).
The evening will be moderated by Michela Calcagni and Laura Landi.
