MANCHESTER - "Sustainable desires - Design perspectives from Italy and the United Kingdom" is the theme of the event scheduled for the 9th of March in Manchester at 6.30 pm on the occasion of the Italian Design Day, an initiative organized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of Italy to celebrate and promote Italian Design in the world.
Hosted by the Manchester School of Art, during the event Italian and British designers and design makers will present and discuss their perspectives and experiences in support of sustainability and desirability as central to contemporary commercial design and manufacturing.
The panel is organized and supported by the Italian Consulate in Manchester and the Italian Chamber of Commerce and Industry for the United Kingdom - North West Office.
