"Italian wines, world markets": the 8th consecutive master's degree at Sant'Anna in Pisa

PISA - The first-level university master "Italian wines, world markets" opens its eighth consecutive edition: the inaugural ceremony is scheduled for Thursday 3rd of November, at 3.00 pm, in the main hall of the Sant'Anna School of Advanced Studies, in Pisa. The advanced training course is promoted by four universities in Tuscany (Scuola Superiore Sant'Anna of Pisa, University of Pisa, University of Siena, University for Foreigners of Siena), in collaboration with Ais, the Italian Sommelier Association.

The objective of the master is to train highly professional experts who, thanks to the knowledge of the factors of wine production, of traditional and innovative tools, of communication and of marketing principles, are able to contribute to the promotion of Italian wines abroad. and their success on the various consolidated and expanding world markets. Further knowledge on tasting techniques, developed during the teaching activities, will be guaranteed by the acquisition of the sommelier diploma issued by Ais, during the course.
