A database of scholarships for Italian Americans: the NIAF project

WASHINGTON - Creating a database, as complete as possible, which collects all the scholarship opportunities for Italian American students. This is the project of the National Italian American Foundation (NIAF) which has called upon all Italian American organizations to contribute to its creation.

The database, explains the Foundation, will be launched on 1st September and will include scholarship opportunities offered by Italian American organizations at a national level. It will contain all the information useful to students: from the amount to the required requirements, from the application deadline to the link to submit it without forgetting, of course, the data on the organization or association that bans it.

In short, a database that aims to be a "resource for connecting Italian American students and organizations that offer scholarships", confirms Robert Allegrini, president of NIAF. "NIAF hopes that this list will help Italian American students find the financial support they need they need to pu

rsue their educational goals".

Organizations wishing to include their scholarships in the database must send scholarship information, application form and association logo to NIAF (scholarships@niaf.org) by August 15th (scholarships@niaf.org).

No Niaf membership is required to contribute or access the database.
