Come gestire gli spostamenti per tour educativi
Ciao a tutti, in questi giorni sto lavorando all’organizzazione di un tour educativo che porterà un gruppo abbastanza numeroso tra Trento, Rovereto e alcune località più interne. Siamo intorno alle quaranta persone e ci siamo resi conto che affidarci a mezzi separati potrebbe creare ritardi difficili da gestire, soprattutto perché alcune attività hanno orari molto precisi. Non ho molta esperienza con il noleggio autobus e non so quali elementi considerare per trovare un servizio adatto al nostro percorso. Se qualcuno ha affrontato una situazione simile, mi sarebbe davvero utile qualche indicazione pratica.
