"One thing that has always seemed very useful to me," adds the minister, "is community service." The countermeasures must therefore be rethought intelligently and in a modern way. Thus comes the proposal of the obligation of community service, which "can serve to restore the relationship of those who have committed acts of vandalism or bullying with the rules". A "firm but constructive" line with which Minister Valditara intends "to return with respect to teachers, students and public property".
