On the occasion of the "National Unity and Armed Forces Day" on the 98th anniversary of the Victory of 4 November 1918, the traditional commemoration of the fallen of all wars took place organized by the Office of the Attaché for the Defense of the Italian Embassy in Paris and of the National Combatants and Veterans Association - Paris Section with the participation of the National Alpine Association - France Section.

The celebrations began  at 13.00 with the celebration of the Holy Mass for the fallen at the Church of "Saint Pierre de Chaillot" (24 rue de Chaillot - Paris 16ème) and ended_cc781905-5cde- 3194-bb3b-136bad5cf58d_at 18.30 with the ceremony of the “Ravivage de la Flamme” at the Arc de Triomphe in front of the tomb of the unknown soldier in the presence of the Italian and French authorities.

The events open to all were held with grande participation by the Italian community and its representative bodies, by the Franco-Italian associations and their members as well as by the population French.
